Supply Chain Frontiers issue #60
More than 125 supply chain master’s students attended the 8th Annual MIT Global SCALE Network Supply Chain Student Research Expo and Networking Night on January 20, 2016, at the MIT campus. The students showcased their company-sponsored thesis and capstone projects. Each project was displayed as an electronic poster.
As is the tradition at each annual Expo event, attendees vote for the best posters, and one of the highlights of the evening is the award presentations for the winning projects. There are awards for the best project in each SCALE center, and an overall winner.
This year, the overall winners were Sadaf Zaidi and Sekar Widyastuti Pratiwi, from the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management program, the Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation, for their project titled Improving Traceability for Better Performance. The Best Thesis Poster Award was sponsored by the Institute for Supply Chain Management.
