Bio:

Brian Legan is a Booz Allen Vice President and leader of the firm's multi-modal transportation business.  He is an expert in systems engineering and integration and currently develops and deploys the full range of the firm’s capabilities to support large, complex infrastructure modernization projects.  Mr. Legan works with public and private sector organizations to develop new approaches to re-imagine, rebuild, and re-invent how we use our mobility, energy, water, and natural infrastructures to stimulate economic growth.  Most recently, Mr. Legan led the business case analyses and enterprise architecture development to guide the FAA’s implementation and integration of NextGen capabilities.  

Mr. Legan has over two decades of experience in the aerospace and transportation industries that spans the federal, commercial, and international marketplace.  He began his career as a Crew Systems Engineer at McDonnell Douglas Corporation where he helped design and implement advanced avionics systems. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1998, he was a Director at a Washington, DC-based consulting firm and a Manager of Operations Engineering at a Maryland-based technology company.  Mr. Legan holds a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana and a Master’s degree from George Mason University.
