Supply Chain Frontiers issue #58
The Zaragoza Logistics Center, Zaragoza, Spain, has introduced two education programs that offer executives opportunities to delve deeper into the supply chain management discipline and the rigors of building supply chain resiliency.
ZLC’s Executive Education Program Supply Chain is aimed at executives with at least five years of professional experience that want to gain practical supply chain management knowledge and skills. The intensive program is taught over a five-week period one day (Friday) per week in Zaragoza, by eminent faculty members from ZLC with support from MIT CTL. The first program will take place from November 6, 2015, to April 29, 2016.
In addition, ZLC has launched The MIT Global SCALE Executive Education Program in Supply Chain Risk, Resilience, and Security Management. During this two-day event, attendees will participate in interactive class sessions that include conceptual models, real-world case studies, classroom exercises, and discussion forums. Participants will also have the opportunity to exchange views and experiences with their peers. The course is scheduled to take place on December 11 – 12, 2015, at Barcelona, Spain.
