NINGBO, CHINA, December 13, 2017 - Ningbo Supply Chain Innovation Institute China (NSCIIC) received competitive awards at the fifth Tencent Business School Development Forum in Beijing.  The forum is a unique showcase for outstanding business education organizations in China.  NSCIIC took the award for “The Outstanding Business Education Brand”. Several other top universities in China shared the honor with NSCIIC, including Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, and Fudan University.

NSCIIC Director, Shaoxuan Liu was also recognized at the forum as “The Chinese Figure in Business Education."  Liu commented, "While thanks go to the faculty, staff and students of NSCIIC for their remarkable contributions in making this happen, I’d like to express my thanks to all MIT SCALE centers. As a new institute, being a member of the MIT SCALE network was a crucial factor in winning these awards."

The day prior to winning these two prestigious awards at the Tencent Business School Development Forum, the MIT Ningbo Supply Chain Management Program was also recognized as "The Innovative MBA Program of the Year" by the Best Education of China Forum on December 12, 2017.
