Look into the foundation courses for the MITx MicroMasters® Program in Supply Chain Management. Learn what a certificate or credential from MIT can do for your career.

Analytical skills say a lot about you, from how you think and process to how you achieve your goals. When you demonstrate an ability to analyze vast amounts of data and make informed recommendations, you quickly become an indispensable part of any team. You will always be included in the conversation when making strategic decisions. This is why we created Supply Chain Analytics – SC0x. This course introduces and explains the analytical methods generally used by logistics and supply chain practitioners that can be applied across disciplines. The course covers basic data management, probability, statistics, simulation, and optimization.

Whether you’re managing a backroom inventory, a twenty-thousand-square-foot warehouse, or an entire team, you can use the Supply Chain Fundamentals – SC1x online course to become the person people turn to when they need answers. With the systems taught in this course, you will be able to: forecast demand, segment multiple products, and create inventory models to minimize cost or maximize service level.

Supply Chain Analytics and Supply Chain Fundamentals are the entry points for the MITx MicroMasters Program in Supply Chain Management (SCM), an advanced, professional, graduate-level online program. Through five online courses and a capstone exam, you can demonstrate your ability in the equivalent of one semester's worth of coursework at MIT.
