How to link technology usage/adoption to logistics operations for serving a myriad of customers efficiently?

The pandemic has triggered the rise of technology in emerging markets, particularly in nano, micro & small businesses. The number of marketplaces, platforms has connected suppliers, retailers, and consumers in the last 2 years; but, how CPG manufacturers and distributors can take advantage of that trend? How can they get logistics savings through technology adoption and what should be the formula they need to consider to scale up current efforts to serve the fragmented retail and e-tail market? We will discuss how some companies that have overcome the challenge, their business models, and their considerations. In addition, we will discover the importance of adoption and diffusion to scale up current business models.
