Lauren Finegan is a Research Associate at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics in the MIT Humanitarian Supply Chain Lab. She supports research sponsored by government agencies and promotes evidence-informed policy through outreach with public and private stakeholders. Lauren is a licensed Professional Engineer and an MIT Alum (SM, Technology and Policy, 2015). She most recently worked as a senior project manager with SNC Lavalin's Atkins business. Prior to joining Atkins, she served for nearly four years as an analyst at FEMA in the Office of Policy and Program Analysis and Public Assistance Division, leading and conducting data and policy analyses to improve program delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness.
