Evan Humphrey is a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Evan received a B.S. in Biotechnology from Indiana University where he focused on organic chemistry research. Following undergrad, Evan worked as a U.S. Army Officer for seven years around the country and the world: Kentucky, Kansas, Washington, Louisiana, Colorado, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Slovakia. His work centered on executive-level management of distributed organizations and teams.
After getting out of the Army in 2017, Evan completed a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from MIT. His research included business forecasting, demand modeling, and inventory control for a large pharmaceutical company.
His current work includes operations, supply chain management, and reducing the inefficiencies found within the healthcare sector. His research looks at optimization, process flow improvement, and technology-driven approaches to creating better systems.
