Benjy Kantor is the Marketing and Communications Director with MIT CTL, responsible for driving the marketing, advertising, media production, and communication efforts and programs of the Center, SCM, SCALE, and associated research labs.
With more than 20 years of experience in Development and Community Engagement, Benjy's work has encompassed efforts in the public transportation, history, and music/arts industries, in both nonprofit/municipal and for-profit spaces. Benjy holds a keen interest in civil rights along with degrees in African/African-American Studies and Women’s Studies, and was the recipient of the Brandeis University Oliveri Family Prize for extraordinary service and dedication to the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Community.
