Supply chain managers have a unique opportunity to learn how to compete in fast-changing markets at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics’ Executive Education Course, in Cambridge, MA, June 19-22, 2007. 

Two new speakers, Nick LaHowchic, formerly Corporate Executive Vice President at Limited Brands and President and CEO of Limited Logistics Services Inc., and Professor Sanjay Sarma, Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and former Chairman of Research and Co-founder of the Auto-ID Center, MIT, are in the line-up of speakers this June. These distinguished thought leaders will offer their insights into developments that will shape the future of supply chain management.  

The Supply Chains Driving Strategic Advantage:  Managing Dynamics and Innovating the Future course will provide supply chain professionals with the cross-functional and global perspective they need to excel in today’s highly demanding business environment. The three-day course is taught by CTL’s world-class team of MIT faculty and researchers, and utilizes the Center’s exclusive research on leading supply chain practices and future challenges. 

Designed specifically for senior managers the course offers a blend of management exercises, case studies, and thought-provoking interactive sessions to help participants leverage their supply chains to gain competitive advantage. Key themes include:
