Abstract
This thesis develops a model for a company to set up its supply chain segmentation based on customer services. The author introduces the “Push-Pull Segmentation Model” which is the model that balances the company and customer perspectives in the segmentation process. Additionally, he demonstrates how to implement the model by applying it to a case study and, then, shows results got from this case.
