Abstract

MIT CTL’s Demand Management Interest Group (DMIG) was established to create an open exchange of ideas, practices and processes among supply chain professionals and academics.  The research group focuses on strategies, principles, and methods that can be leveraged to optimally match supply and demand over time.

In December 2007, Larry Lapide – Director of MIT CTL’s Demand Management Project – convenes the research group at MIT for a Networking Retreat, where he discusses MIT CTL’s latest research and facilitate discussion about learnings and experiences in demand management.
