Abstract

Supply Chain Frontiers issue #53

Forty students have been accepted for the 2015 class of the Graduate Certificate in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (GCLOG). The students, selected from top universities throughout Latin America, represent 19 universities from eight countries in the region.

Managed and hosted by the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics (MIT CTL), GCLOG is part of the MIT Global SCALE Network. The innovative program offers MIT CTL’s world-class supply chain studies to graduate business and engineering students in Latin America.

"This is a very solid class, possibly one of our best yet", said GCLOG Director, Dr Roberto J Perez-Franco. "Several students in this new cohort already hold multiple masters from top universities in Latin America, the US and Europe, and many of them speak three or four languages. I see this as a sign of the program’s growing maturity."
