Supply Chain Frontiers issue #50

Developing leadership skills and managing supply chain talent will be the focus of the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics (MIT CTL) Supply Chain Leadership workshop on October 3, 2013, on the MIT campus.

Topics to be covered at the event include the mental processes that influence decision making, dealing with current supply chain challenges, and the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Senior executives from MIT CTL Supply Chain Exchange partner companies will attend the workshop.

This is the first in a series of leadership workshops to be conducted by MIT CTL’s Dr. Shalom Saar.
