Supply Chain Frontiers issue #48

The Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) has entered into a three-year memorandum of cooperation and interaction with the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under the terms of the agreement, ZLC will assist the country in developing its freight transportation and logistics sector. This includes the training of qualified railroad personnel, the creation of master-degree programs, and the application of Internet technology and other information tools.
