Globalization has driven supply chain management and logistics to the forefront of business strategy and created the need for a new kind of business leader. The MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics (MIT CTL) created the Master of Engineering in Logistics (SCM) program in 1998 to meet this need. Subsequently, it helped develop masters level programs based on MIT’s top-ranked curriculum at its MIT Global SCALE Network partners in Spain, Malaysia, and Latin America.
Additionally, MIT CTL offers non-degree Executive Education courses, which for over 25 years have brought the executive up to speed on the dynamics and innovations in supply chain management.
While these programs share the same mission of creating tomorrow’s supply chain leaders, they offer distinctive learning opportunities, as outlined by the following table.
