Willem is a Research Engineer at the MIT Intelligent Logistics Systems Lab and the MIT Computational Analytics, Visual, and Education Lab. His research interests include applied machine learning, decision making, and human computer interactions.
Willem has his M.Eng and B.S. from M.I.T. He currently focuses on the integration of machine learning and standard optimization for supply chains, with a focus on what happens inside the four walls of the warehouse.
