Pranav Chhaliyil supports the work of Professor Yossi Sheffi across operations and communications.
He brings a background spanning eleven internships across eight industries, including retail management, brand strategy, media, fine art, government, and public health, which informs how he approaches the varied demands of a fast-moving academic and research environment. Before joining MIT CTL, he completed a Manager Candidate Program at Uniqlo and held roles at organizations including NBC Sports, Bath & Body Works, Bayntree Wealth Advisors, and the City of Phoenix Office of Arts & Culture.
Pranav holds a double major in Biological Sciences and Communication with a Project Management minor. He has contributed to peer-reviewed research on the oral microbiome and serves as an ambassador at Venture Cafe Cambridge.
He is currently a Venture Fellow with the MIT DesignX incubator 2026 cohort.
