Paulo Sousa Jr. is a Course Lead for Supply Chain Analytics: SC0x within the MITx MicroMasters® Program in Supply Chain Management, where he works at the intersection of analytics, operations, and large-scale online education. He leads global cohorts of learners and contributes to course operations and learning analytics initiatives aimed at improving engagement and learning outcomes.
Paulo has over fifteen years of professional experience spanning analytics, supply chain, and leadership roles across the manufacturing, transportation, and education sectors, as well as in the public sector. His industry experience includes work supporting large multinational organizations.
He holds a Master of Applied Science in Supply Chain Management from MIT, a Master’s degree in Transportation Studies from the University of Brasília, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brasília.
