Nicoló Piergiovanni Bagnoli received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Università di Bologna and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL. His research focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence on the workforce, with an emphasis on task composition, productivity, and organizational structure. This work is informed by prior operations experience in the aerospace, chemicals, and medical sectors, where he worked on manufacturing, operational processes, and strategy across Italy, Switzerland, and the United States.
