Jeff is a Course Lead in the MITx MicroMasters® Program in Supply Chain Management and works with MIT CTL partners to design and deliver industry-focused learning experiences. He currently leads Supply Chain Dynamics: SC3x, translating complex supply chain concepts into practical, decision-oriented learning experiences.

Jeff brings 30 years of consulting experience working with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams at Fortune 500 companies to improve supply chain performance and support executive decision-making. His expertise in sales and operations planning (S&OP/IBP), forecasting and demand management, and optimization-based decision support for complex, high-impact trade-offs has helped organizations reduce working capital, optimize costs, and strengthen cross-functional planning and execution to improve financial and operational performance.

Jeff’s professional recognition includes the Excellence in Business Forecasting and Planning award from the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning, and being named a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for Foresight: The International Journal of Applied Forecasting.

Jeff holds a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois. Prior to joining MIT, he was a Principal at Chainalytics, where he led the Integrated Demand and Supply Planning practice.
