Dr. Henrietta von Eben-Worlée is a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics, where she works in the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lab. Her research takes an empirical approach to operations and supply chain management, using behavioral experiments to study human-AI interaction and the drivers of AI and Generative AI adoption for operational decision-making. She earned her PhD at Kühne Logistics University in Hamburg, Germany, titled "Enabling Human-AI Collaboration for the Future of Operations and Supply Chain Work: Experimental Evidence on AI Design and Decision-Making." During her PhD, she worked in close collaboration with Bayer Consumer Care AG, supporting their AI transformation in supply chain planning and spent research stays at The Ohio State University and IE University in Madrid. Henrietta received a M.Sc. in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kühne Logistics University after she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
