MIT CTL Director Prof. Yossi Sheffi and Executive Director Dr. Chris Caplice were ranked No. 1 and 2, respectively, on a list of outstanding thought leaders in the U.S. supply chain field compiled by Clarity Group Global. The 50 thought leaders on the list were chosen and ranked based on their active engagement, substantive contribution, and genuine connection to the U.S. supply chain ecosystem.

“Yossi Sheffi has spent more than four decades building the intellectual foundation of supply chain risk and resilience thinking in the United States,” writes Clarity Group founder Jonno White, citing Prof. Sheffi’s books as “foundational reading for any supply chain leader managing disruption.”

Of Dr. Caplice, White writes, “His combination of freight market data expertise and academic rigour makes him one of the most practically relevant research voices in US supply chain.”
