Two members of the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) staff were among the recipients of prestigious awards presented by MIT at the close of the 2025-2026 academic year.
At the 2026 MIT Excellence Awards, held June 4 in the Kresge Auditorium, CTL's Catherine Dyke-Nunziata received an Outstanding Contributor award, presented by Vice Provost for Faculty Maria Yang. Catherine was nominated for her work as program manager for corporate engagement at CTL, where she administers engagement initiatives with industry partners and leads the planning and operational execution of conferences, symposiums, executive education, and more. The Outstanding Contributor award is given to individuals and teams who go above and beyond without fanfare and step up whenever needed to solve problems and deliver results.
One staff member who nominated Catherine wrote, “Catherine exemplifies all of the qualities of an Outstanding Contributor with her quiet excellence, deep reliability, and results-oriented initiative. Her presence elevates the entire department. Her contributions — often behind the scenes — make MIT CTL better every single day.”
