"I feel honored, and it's a great opportunity to amplify the impact of our SCALE global network by cohesively articulating our research initiatives and educational programs around crucial logistics, transportation, and supply chain management," said Mejía. In this role, he will orchestrate research efforts that help supply chain professionals face and embrace uncertainty with the right toolkits, worldwide. He will continue in his roles as Director of the MIT Graduate Certificate in Logistics and SCM (GCLOG) program, as well as Founder and Director of the MIT Emerging Market Economies Logistics Lab (EMeL).
Looking ahead, Mejía plans to increase the reach and impact of the network's research and educational programs through an organic community of collaborators, sponsors, and partners.
