Join supply chain executives and talent development leaders to explore how AI is transforming supply chain work, roles, and workforce capabilities. Guided by Dr. Eva Ponce and her team, participants will examine how AI is changing tasks and roles across the organization, how work and career pathways may evolve, and what new skills and capabilities will become critical at different levels of the organization.
Together, participants will identify emerging workforce gaps and discuss how organizations can prepare and upskill their people to succeed in an AI-enabled supply chain.
What to expect: Through facilitated discussion and peer exchange, attendees will develop practical ideas for preparing their people and redesigning work for a human–AI future.
