MIT FreightLab Quarterly Update and Discussion: What works and what doesn’t at truckload pickup and delivery appointments?

This roundtable discussion will invite a variety of perspectives on what goes wrong – and sometimes right – at these appointments. The MIT FreightLab team will facilitate the discussion, and also share pre-event survey results and other relevant results from ongoing research efforts.
