Bernarda Serrano is a Research Project Manager at the Center for Transportation and Logistics. She has over 4 years of industry experience in Procurement and Inventory Management for fast-moving consumer goods. She holds a master's degree in Supply Chain Management from MIT and a bachelor's degree in International Business from Monterrey Tech, Mexico.
Currently, Bernarda supports the MIT GeneSys Lab, which aims to increase the growth of small firms in developing countries. She also supports the Sustainable Logistics Initiative, which focuses on green logistics projects with the purpose of improving fuel consumption and CO2 emissions in logistics operations.
