Professor Dr. Rogelio Oliva at the Zaragoza Logistics Center (ZLC) was awarded the Skinner Teaching Innovation Award by the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).

The award recognizes innovative approaches to teaching production and management operations courses. Criteria for winning the award include the diversity of the courses, student responses, and the level of creativity in teaching methods.

Professor Oliva has gained a reputation for excelling at the case study method of teaching, and has given numerous workshops around the world on this type of instruction.
