The skills required to effectively manage the supply chains that support business growth worldwide have changed dramatically over recent years. But a critical shortage of these skills means that many companies are finding it difficult to fill key supply chain management positions. The industry urgently needs new recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies. The MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics will convene this meeting of industry leaders for a highly interactive roundtable discussion on ways to build a supply chain talent pipeline capable of meeting the industry’s current and future needs.

This is a CTL Partner Only event.

Also, CTL has published a new whitepaper that addresses the need for companies to be more proactive in their approach to recruiting, developing, and retaining the supply chain professionals they need to stay competitive. To learn more, view the paper now.
